Rexulti was added to my Lexapro to aid with my passive suicidal thoughts. If anything it made them worse. I don’t think this medication is aiding me anymore. Should I raise it or stop taking it? Thoughts? Thanks.

II’m trying to figure out the best alert system to use as I come back to streaming. I recently moved away from Streamlabs, and I don’t want to build everything around a platform that could become unreliable, shut down, or force me to rebuild my setup later.
Recreating alerts and learning the advanced side of everything has already been a headache, so I want to make the right choice now. I’m looking for a stable long-term setup for alerts, overlays, and stream automation that won’t leave me scrambling to migrate everything overnight again.
What direction would you recommend for someone who wants reliability, flexibility, and room to grow without depending too heavily on one service?
