Confused about buying DLCs, Haven't bought the game yet but I want all the characters

So I have access to PS4, Xbox, and PC (xbox app and steam) and want to get into playing SF6. I would like to purchase the game with all the characters as I don't like the whole DLC model. I see that retail they have years 1-2 but now Im seeing years 3 and 4 but is there a pack that has 1-4 or all characters? I don't care about costumes or stages as much..I just want all the characters

Trying to do 4 Video Outputs on M4 MAX that supports 4 external displays for QLAB. What are some decent options?

I have Qlab running with my Native HDMI port, and 2 single HDMI to USB adapters to give myself 3 ports so far, but I need the last USB C port. The final usb port on my mac is being used by my dock for my mouse, sound card, and jump drives. While I could probably get by with just getting one more single usb C to HDMI, I wanted to know if there were any Dual, Triple, or even Quad?

Infostealer got me! Looking for safe workaround to not having to reinstall all Apps

I encountered an infostealer after attempting to download a game i thought was legit because it was older "because Nostalgia". In the morning, I woke up to find that a few email and retail accounts had been taken for a ride. I changes all passwords from a clean mac and didn't let my infected computer see the internet by removing the wifi card all together to be safe.

I ran Malware bytes and wrote down some of what was found and got rid of it. Heres the thing...

I thought to myself, I have a restore point or a backup a made last year that should get me going again...well the restore point was for the same day as the hack and nothing before, and I did such a great job of hiding my backup that actually cant find where I saved it...Real idiot move on my part

I wanted to know if there where any ways I could clean my drive or operate windows without having to reinstall all of my applications. While the apps are all legit, digging through and setting up years ago took me about a week or 2 to setup when I migrated to the OS. I also dont want to deal with any OS infostealers...

Thinking of dual install inside/outside garage plugs for EV

Just purchased a Tesla Y and was thinking of doing a charging setup where I could either plug-in the car while in the garage or outside the garage. The electrical panel on the inside of the garage shares wall where I could set something for outside as well.

Was thinking of installing a nema 14-50 inside (Heavy duty Hubell only) and another behind it for outside to use a mobile charger since I already had one that came with the car, but those aren't meant to be plugged in and unplugged daily so ive herd.

Any other ideas? I figured since I would have to open the wall up to do a short run outside, I might as well add one inside
