Watching Avatar on Maximilian Dood stream makes me jealous

Why can't we have a beautiful 2D fighting game like that for KOF too ? I mean "KOF" !

And i think this new Avatar fighting game was made by a small or new studio like WTF ?

Why SNK is struggling so hard to deliver a visually stunning fighting game ? Why KOF XV looks like a bland/dull PS3 game ?

The excuse of 3D (or 2.5D) is over now, it has been more than 10 years after multiple games, and SNK is by far a way bigger company.

Can't even play KOF XV with passion cause this fighting game don't even look like from 2010's years, it's so boring to watch very quick.

If KOF XVI will look mid or meh again, i swear i'm gonna be so mad at SNK and start to hate them.

A new Daytona USA or SEGA Rally ?

Do you think SEGA would still have the guts for that?

Imagine getting one of these two games in 2026, still super arcady, super colorful, super sunny, and super fun. They would add rain and snow in Daytona, pit stops for tires and fuel (or damage lol, you could lose a wheel or watch your car go up in flames), a few small jumps here and there on the track, car customization...

10 tracks, you don't need many if they are perfectly designed with love and passion for arcade. Maybe a track editor for the community to race on their own creations. Challenges and mini-games just like in Virtua Tennis.

The games would still be a blast but also surprisingly deep, like most classic SEGA arcade titles, skill gap, practice, easy to learn but hard to master.

Sonic Adventure 3 : CrossGenesis

It’s 2026, and yes, we’re still waiting, SEGA.

We still want a real 2D Sonic experience properly translated into 3D in the spirit of the Adventure games.

No more forced gimmicks. No more fake depth. No more pointless Wisps. No more shallow gameplay in empty, soulless environments.

We want the perfect balance between Mobius and Earth, with momentum-based physics that are easy to pick up but take real time to master, becoming faster, deeper, and more rewarding the more you play, just like in the Genesis, CD, Adventure, and Heroes eras.

Bring back real challenge and replay value: time attack, meaningful ranking systems where A and S ranks actually reflect mastery, and hidden collectibles or objectives that require skill, precision, and replaying stages with intent.

Give us large, memorable stages built around flow, exploration, alternate paths, risk and reward, and pure speed earned through mastery, not automation.

Sonic used to have a strong identity and attitude, defined by a unique atmosphere and a carefully crafted universe

Stop trying to turn Sonic into a cinematic rollercoaster. Let Sonic be a game again.

Or keep watching more years of missed potential and online mockery, "Mr. King of Arcade."
