At the very beginning of the playoffs I was told by some NBA analyst on ESPN (I forget who it was exactly) that the Knicks have the toughest road to the Finals because of the difficult matchups and because of how healthy/hungry some of these other Eastern Conference franchises are. Hawks? Nah. Sixers? Nah. I bet I was lied to.

Hosting luxury open house showings (or brokers opens) without also having a bit of live music for the attendees to enjoy isn't exactly "going the extra mile", and that's a reason why realtors in the Las Vegas area often book me to enhance their events for an hour or two.
