1830 at my local library

I was surprised to find 1830 at my local library. All games are free to borrow for 14 days :)

Favorite ways to add difficulty

What's your preferred way to add difficulty once winning against level 6 adversaries becomes easy?

Our group of 4 is finding that the game (with all expansions) is a little too easy after playing it ~20 times. Combining adversaries tends to be a bit too fiddly for us because of the special rules overhead, so I'd like to know about some other ways you like to increase difficulty.

Our group fixed "what should we play?" with TI4

We used to spend 20 minutes each time picking out a game. Now we simply play a game of TI4 each time and the winner of that gets to choose the game we play (usually TI4).

We've had great success with the system and I was wondering if anyone else is using a similar system.

Clipless system for my four-year-old kid

My four-year-old wants to learn to ride a bike and I got him most of his kit but I've not settled on whether I should get him SPD or SPD-SL. Any suggestions regarding this? He won't start racing until next year, so he doesn't need the highest performance just yet.

Thanks in advance!
