Recommendations for Roguelikes without numpad!

I'd like to deep dive in some roguelikes again but the laptop I'm using doesn't have a numpad. Since most of the "classic" roguelikes either need a numpad or use that weird set of keys for movement (hjkiunm If Im not mistaken), what are some good roguelikes that can be played without a numpad? I've been playing Doors of Thritius

Edit: Mouse included

Am I really an artist because of this? Lol. Is an AI really just a tool? In this example Im doing 0 of the creative process

Starting out the series! Really fun but I have a question

I started out with Colour of Magic and Light fantastic both because It's the ones I had easy access too and because Im interested in the magic-universities parody.

Now, Im enjoying the books, but my previous read was LoTRs and while Im enjoying the faster pace and the comedy, the plot is being a bit hard to take seriously because it kinda looks like the comedy often "takes over" the plot and the dangers. I understand this isn't LoTR or game of thrones, obviously but Im not really invested in the characters because, while I think they're funny and have good interactions, they feel flat and I never feel like they're actually in danger.

Where does this feeling end? Is it unique to these two books?

I don't doubt there are good arguments for generative AI. I've met really clever and respectful proAI people. But this just can't be taken seriously

Do these people think anyone cares about their persona? Is reddit really all they have going for in life? It's just concerning man, and Im being serious about this. It's just sad.
