I'm so freaking excited to visit!!!!!! I'm going to be driving down to FL to help family with a move. How many days would I need to take in everything? I'm interested in walking tours, and BOOKSTORE recommendations!!! I would love to do a bookstore crawl if possible!!! Also, when deciding where to stay...I'm super anxious at parking. I'm the person that takes 3 tries to parallel park and get sweat stains the size of the moon just eyeing up a parking spot. Do I stay outside the city and uber in? But that might get costly? I am on a budget (except for book buying!!) but willing to spend for easy safe parking. I'll only be out during the day. Because I'm old like that. Ha. Thank you!! It's been a dream for so long!!

Odd pattern (pray we aren’t being played😬🤣). So, it’s an odd pattern that we’ve had major betrayal on Bravo shows right around the 10 year marks. SCANDAvol. Shep/Austen/Tay/Olivia, Kyle/Amanda/West/Ciara. What’s odd to me was when Lindsay told Jesse/West they would have to step up and carry Summer House in 2026…I just wonder how much thought goes into creating a “storyline.” I fully believe West and Amanda were having a fling prior to going into SH last season. With the idea to say they “fell” for each other and that would be the storyline in 2026…only they got messy and lazy and Ciara and group figured it out and they had no choice but to put the story out there. If they broke up now, they’d be forgotten in a few months. By staying together they keep interest in the upcoming season. I think Scandoval was authentic. I think Shep/Austin was…mostly authentic? But I think West/Amanda are mostly together for a storyline. (Craig has lent me his tin foil hat…IKYK).

Season eight reunion episode one at the 44 minute mark they get into the Ciara/West drama and basically it’s exactly a repeat of everything that he did with Amanda. Wes admits after filming wrapped in September October November they did all the things with his friends exactly the same thing he’s doing with Amanda. Said he never had as much chemistry with anyone… playing a game. In Dec they had a serious dinner about “what does our future look like?” Meanwhile he told Ciara he wasn’t sleeping with other girls and admitted on the reunion he was the whole time. Then he says he can’t commit and didn’t want to have a serious relationship because he didn’t want to be in a public relationship esp as a “puppet.” Also- Amanda is either extremely dumb or insanely manipulative and smart and I think it’s the latter after rewatching.

I fell in love with Savannah after reading Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. Then discovered Pat Conroy. So Beaufort is on my bucket list also. Now, add to that all the Bravo Southern Charmed series ( to me, the locations are part of the charm). Going to Fl to help someone move and we’re going to go a week ahead of time in order to visit. It’s great to have so many options but it’s also overwhelming. I love bookstores, country music, historical homes/places. Also beautiful churches with stained glass. Spiritual shops (Tarot, etc). Would it be wise to spend the week on one place and day trip to the other? If so- which spot might feel more like the all around vibe? Thanks in advance. Also, not opposed to staying somewhere midway between the two. Thank you!
