If I win an auction of a storage unit, and it contains a car- is that car mine?

Obviously, most storage units that are auctioned have 10-20 years of useless stuff in them. If it contained a car, would I get that or is it still the titleholder's car? (Also would it matter if the title to the car was the same as the storage unit renter's name vs. a different name?)

If it is my car, how would I get the title transferred to me?

Bonus question: Same thing if I buy a property, and the owner abandons a car in the garage?

AZ if that matters.

How to divorce two echos

I have two echo dots. Added a echo with a screen. I renamed the view echo and the other one ziggy.

Whenever I play a song on ziggy, echo plays it.

How do I divorce the two so they are independent?

Apparently playing music on two devices costs extra..... I am not paying for that. I just want them to independent.

How do I get them to be independent?

Any good mobile mechanics in Central Phoenix?

Already searched, most of the posts are old and numbers disconnected.

Looking for a reasonably priced mobile mechanic for a simple job. I was having a misfire on my 2005 Ford Expedition. Of course, it is the hardest spark plug coil to get to (#4, rear passenger.) After about an hour, cut up hands and a lot of swearing, I gave up.

I already pulled an easy to get to coil to swap with #4. Also already removed #3 in an attempt to get better access to #4.

So basically just need coil #4 pulled and replaced, and put #3 back in. Should be a quick job for someone used to working on these engines.

Any suggestions for someone you have used recently?

thanks!

Where to buy appliances (refrigerator) that won't break the bank?

I searched previous posts, most are outdated and some of the places mentioned are out of business- hence the updated request.

Looking to purchase a refrigerator, as old trusty 30 year old one is having issues. About crapped myself when the "cheap" ones are $1500-$2000.

Basically looking for "outlet" places, scratch-and-dent, store returns, etc-- anything that will bring down the price to something a little more reasonable.

Just need a basic side-by-side fridge with water and ice on the door. No fancy screens, overboard computer controls, etc.

From previous posts, I will be checking out B&B, Az Appliance and Home, and Direct Discount.

Also- any suggestions on good brands these days? I seem to hear a lot of horror stories about Samsung and LG.

Thanks!

Camelback eastbound shut down at 28th St

Looks like a major incident on the south side of Camelback around 29th St -- entire eastbound lanes closed at 28th St. Tons of cops in the street and parking lot on the south side. Might want to avoid for the rest of the day. (Westbound is fine.)

My bank (at 30th St) told me there was a death, but didn't have any other details.

Seeing as how I have been on a time of use plan (EZ-3, more expensive 3-6pm) and am tired of not cooking, laundry, etc during the peak time (I don't change the A/C so that doesn't factor in) - I built an excel sheet to compare how much I am actually saving (or not saving) if I were to change plans.

SRP allows you to download (csv) either the past 30 days or past monthly year of usage, so all you need to do is download it and paste it in! If APS has the same feature, you may have to move the columns around before pasting.

For the past bill cycle, I learned that I saved 5% on the TOU plan. If I had the standard plan, it would have cost me 3% more.

For 2025, I saved 3% on TOU, it would have cost 4% more on the standard plan.

There are cells to input standard rate, TOU rate and TOU peak rate, monthly service charge and tax rate.

Obviously if you manage your TOU differently (super cool and turn thermostat up), this may not be much help to you. Basically, it just compares your actual historical usage between plans.
