i watered my plant yesterday and noticed some spots on some leaves. Please tell me she won’t die😭. I sprayed with neem oil about 1-2 weeks ago and there is no presence of pests on leaves. Is this pest related/ should I use systemic pest control or is this plant diseased? Plant is about a foot from a grow light, but was closer to grow light 1-2 weeks ago (less than 5 in away). It’s in an airer mix of soil, consisting of fox farm coco loco, orchid bark and charcoal.

can someone help me identify what this is? I think it’s mold? Is it healthy? This is the soil from the nursery and I haven’t repotted it yet. Does the growth of this mean the soil retains too much moisture? Should I repot and if I should I wait until the growth goes away? Plant is about 6in-12 in away from grow light and gets bottom watered. It has been in my care for about a month now.

i found this plant at a box store and it was labeled as “Philodendron (pink)” there but there is barely any pink on the variegation. Is it a Red Anderson?
