Hypnosis and regressive therapy question for missing time/abduction.

I have two instances in my life where myself alone and later with a group of friends experienced missing time. I know for a fact something happened in both cases.

The first instance I woke up in my bed with my pajamas inside out and my mother was perfectly fine that I snuck out of the house with my "friends", like no big deal a 17 year old kid left the house in the middle of the night. Something happened that night when a light shot through the door of my bedroom and a silhouette was standing in the door way that said, "go back to sleep". I turned away from the door on my side and just went back to sleep which is VERY odd in and of itself because I have always had a slight phobia of sleeping with my back to my bedroom door or even leaving my closets open.

The second instance occurred maybe a year later or so in the spring of 1994. I was with a few friends, after our lunch break which was around noon, it was a bright sunny day. It's a really long story but I saw a silvery disc in the sky while skipping school (High School kids) out in the country, I drove us out there; think hills, trails and the open desert. I pointed and told my friends to look at it and I specifically remember them having this look of terror on their faces and I was just extremely frustrated because none of them would look at it, they just kept their eyes on me. I remember they snapped out of it when they saw a lizard climb up on a boulder and exclaimed, "Lizard, lets catch it"!, in my memory they just wanted a pet.

The next memory I have is us driving on a completely different road and it had to be around 9 PM at that time of the year in the Pacific NW. There was no music no talking or joking around as a group of teenage boys would be expected to do. Years later a friend brought it up as I had totally blanked that memory out of my head for some reason and he remembers everything except seeing the disc in the sky because he didn't look at it. I bring it up with him and he refuses to talk about it any more which to me is really odd too!

Have any of you experiencers gone to a hypnotist or something similar to try to piece together missing time or your own abduction cases? To be perfectly honest there's a deep part of me that just feels sick at the idea of KNOWING! Maybe it would be better for me not to know but I just can't shake this feeling of dread and at the same time wonder.

Sincerely,

OP

Edit: If you want any further details about those two instances I have additional details but have pretty much told you the gist of it all. Also exactly 5 years later almost to the day in the spring of 1999 I was again visited by the same disc about 600' away but that's another story.

Edit 2: I'll revise this post later. I was unexpectedly rushed at work. What I'm posting is a fact & Ive seen the same disc craft 2x in my life.

Second playthrough as a dick and I just can't!

Love this game btw! Does anyone else have trouble with roleplaying as someone opposite of your own personality? I mean I intentionally am playing as a jerk and hurt others feelings and now I'm just sad :( The looks on their faces, like friends I used to know or have from my first playthrough, are now just awful and I don't think I can do this, lol. I know it sounds funny but I'm having a real hard time, I mean I don't even have Scratch as a friend now, ugh!

I want to share my experience.

I have 3 true experiences I want to reveal. How friendly is this group? All of them are 100% real, U.A.P. witness and repressed abduction/missing time.

15 Week Progress Pics

Week # 15. Down from 250 lbs. to 228.6 lbs. 50 years old.

The first two weeks I was on OMAD. That sucked!! I switched to a 16:8 fasting program on a 600 calorie deficit. 2,400 calories per day. 30g carb/30g fat/40g protein.

Why does it take 2 hours to get my beer?

I'm disabled, in a wheelchair and can't drive. Last week I decided I'd like to have a six pack of Coors Banquet and it took literally over 2 hours before I got my order from a Jacksons Food Store. Just today I did the same thing and again it took over 2 hours. Just curious that's all because if I order anything else like actual food it's usually delivered withing the hour at the latest. This Sunday when I order my groceries I'm just going to add the beer then, lol.

Is this something most drivers hate to deliver or is it something else?

How I cook in my vehicle. HotLogic.

This was a major game changer for me so I thought I'd share.

There's basically nothing you can't cook in this thing. It's just like a crockpot except has a lower power draw for your portable battery or other. It can't boil pasta or potatoes or anything like that but I've made hundreds of terrific meals in this thing. You can even pop a Lean Cuisine meal in these things or maybe a Hungry Man meal if you get the larger size available.

On my lunch break at work I find time to meal prep and plug this thing in too. When I get off work then my dinner is ready to go. For example I put in a serving of frozen mixed vegetables, 8 ounce chicken breast and a packet of Uncle Bens pre-made beans and rice and I'm good to go. Yep and I've even put a steak in this thing for a few hours and it was delicious. Just remember to be careful when handling raw meat and avoid any cross contamination, i.e. E. coli, salmonella, etc.

How long does it take to cook a meal? Think along the lines of a crockpot set on low and you should be good to go. A full meal as explained above usually takes 4-5 hours so it does take some prep work.

Quit doing PPLs and now doing Total Body. I'm sore in places I didn't know existed!!

I'm now doing weight training as a supplement for my 3x a week Muay Thai training as bodybuilding wasn't working anymore as far as athletic performance goes. I've never done full body workouts in my entire life, only bodybuilding. I was doing PPL 3x a week and am now full body 3x a week!! My muscles don't feel nuked like they used to but this is definitely something to get used to and a different feeling all together.

I'm not the usual sore, it's hard to describe but I feel sore deeper in my muscle tissue clear to the bones and joints, almost as if my bones are now sore, lol. I am now exhausted all the time and find it hard to stay awake at work. I was never this way before switching programs. I feel like I've fried my CNS to the core so for right now I'm cutting back to 2x a week with weight training until my body can adapt and I've been weight training for a long time except now it's exercises I've NEVER done before, i.e. lunges, farmer carries, tibialis raises, hip thrusts, face pulls, planks, woodchoppers, elliptical work, etc.

Has anyone here ever switched from a pure bodybuilding program to a more athletic program total body program? What was your experience? 50 y/o male btw.
