she was yelling and throwing things and say multiple insults about the whole children and I am one of them. Then she took my phone away. I am almost 20 but have no choice but to live w my abusive parents because they held almost every single of my privileges including rights to work, rights of movement as well as never let me have relationships unless its "approve" by them ( which in their mindset THEY ARE OKAY PAIRING ME WITH ABUSIVE MEN).

genuine question can i lodge a police report with backup report without them taking actions and can i talk to lawyers online when I cant leave due to combination of how extremely abusive and controlling they are?
