Can’t design products now
The hud at the bottom is blocking off the design button and I can’t access it at all, started happening after I designed about 10 items and nothing has fixed it

Is this a scam?
I decided to buy one of my products to see how much money I’d be getting back and to see the quality of my item and after I did that I got these emails from “Shopify support” saying a quick review flagged an MVA on my checkout activity, it’s asking me to reply for a step by step guide to resolve it
