I have 5 months and 23 days left on my passport before it expires. This means I don’t fit the 6 months requirement. If I get an e-visa can I ignore this 6 month requirement and enter the country as a Japanese?
I’m currently a rising sophomore and have started sending cold emails to search funds in hopes of an internship. I’ve reached out to 45 search funds but haven’t received a single response yet. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to just increase my volume?

I am a sophomore finance major at XXX University planning to pursue investment banking after graduation and am looking for early exposure to real acquisition work. The opportunity to learn from your direct mentorship is what excites me about a role like this.
