Is redlining while riding bikes/ cardio bad for longevity?

Cardio is fun but only when I am maxing out on my HR and not following the advise to maintain a pace at which I can talk. Even when I try to do that I inadvertently find myself clamouring for more pace. It's not HIIT either becasue I just max out for as long as I can.

I am in my mid 20s rn and max hr can reach 198 and my avg hr for the rides are in the 170s.

Is it sustainable? Or should I move to zone 2 for longevity even if it isn't as fun.

Thanks

Everyone please pray for these brave souls

I just barely dragged my bloody and bruised corpse along the finish line at one hour and 35 minutes of this double 5k ultra marathon… i can’t imagine how many of these fellow warriors will end up in the ICU tonight from over exerting themselves.

Keep us in your prayers.
