Does the length of an interview matter? I was scheduled for an interview from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM, but we finished around 2:15 PM. I then received an email informing me that I would be proceeding to the next stage of the process.
They also mentioned that pacing is an important skill, and I explained that I came from a fast-paced work environment.
