Got this HM mirra for 160$. Is this 1 or 2?

The seller initially sold it to me as mirra 2, but I was actually looking for a headrest. I found pictures that suggested this chair resembles mirra 1. Could you please confirm if it’s indeed mirra 1? If it is, did I overpay for it? To be honest, the chair feels comfortable and there are no issues with it. I just hope I didn’t get scammed.

[Bangalore] upside down catfish up for a rehome

I have a large upside-down catfish in my 4-foot planted tank, and his size is causing me significant concern. Despite being harmless and generally calm, he spends most of his time floating upside down beneath the plants throughout the day. However, when I begin feeding the fish, he goes crazy!.

Therefore, I am seeking to rehome this catfish, as it is in need of a suitable environment.

Replacing AWS VPC CNI + Kube Proxy with Cilium on EKS to enable pod-to-pod encryption with Wireguard

In this post, I’ll walk through how I migrated an Amazon EKS cluster from the default AWS VPC CNI and kube-proxy setup to Cilium, enabling eBPF-based networking, kube-proxy replacement, and transparent pod-to-pod encryption using WireGuard.

The migration improved network observability, simplified policy enforcement, and enabled encrypted east-west traffic without introducing a separate service mesh or VPN layer.

They’ve placed this feeding point sign in a spot where reaching it is the dangerous part.
It’s like putting a water bowl in the middle of a treadmill.

Hi all,

My profile:

- Age: 27 (Single)

- Location: Bangalore (South side)

- Monthly take-home: 2.3L

- Savings: ~₹15L liquid currently

- currently living in a rented 2bhk (family of 4) - 18k rent

---

Properties I’ve looked at:

( my parents wants me to buy in south Bangalore, Kanakapura road only. Can’t go against them on their location preference )

  1. 2BHK - Sattva Misty Charms ( New ) (Near Vajarahalli Metro)

- 1.13cr

- 1028sqft

- 12 floor - top most floor)

- West facing

- land owner flats

- 1km to green line metro, horrible traffic getting in and out)

  1. 2 BHK 2T (Elegant builders) **Resale (**Near Silk Institute Metro)

- ₹1.09cr

- 1419 sqft

- 12th floor - top most floor - all interiors done

- North facing

- 1km to green line metro

  1. 3BHK 3T ( boutique apartment ) 16 flats (Near Silk Institute Metro)

- 1.35cr (only 1 left)

- 1860 sqft

- ground floor

- east facing

- DG in front of the balcony - noise concerns

- upcoming G+3 right next to this flat, reduces natural light and ventilation by 60%

  1. Mantri Serenity (Human hive) (Near Doddakallasandra Metro)
    - litigation issues seems to have been cleared. my friend lives there and confirmed on this
    - only south facing properties available
    - 1.3cr to 1.4cr for 2BHK

  2. Sobha HillView / Suncrest
    - resale ones are priced at 1cr to 1.3cr (3bhk)
    - 12+ years old
    - not vastu compliant, high maintenance charges

  3. Golden Panorama (Near Raghuvanahalli Metro)
    - resale ones are put up for 1.3cr - 2.5BHK
    - had litigation issues.
    - Khata not available yet

---

Constraints / considerations:

- Parents are particular about vaastu (already rejected one property because of it)

- I want decent resale value in future

- Don’t want to be completely house-poor after EMI

- Planning for long-term stay (not short-term flip)

---

My questions:

  1. Is ground floor a bad idea for resale/living (privacy, pests, etc.)?
  2. What EMI range should I realistically stay within to not mess up my lifestyle/investing?

---

Would really appreciate blunt opinions, especially from folks who recently bought in Bangalore.

Thanks!
