how busy does the city get over MDW? I am from NJ so I don’t really know the traffic patterns of philly but figured most people will go DTS? we have a wedding sunday of MDW

our wedding is may 2027. when do we let guests know the dress code? do we put it on the website before sending invites?? also, what level of dress code should we ask for?

here are details of wedding:
\- transportation for guests between hotel block and venue
\- valet parking for those driving themselves
\- champagne greeting
\- food stations, passed hor dourves, seafood bar during cocktail hour
\- live strings duo during ceremony
\- jazz trio during cocktail hour
\- premium open bar
\- plated, 3 course meal, entrees taken table side
\- dj during reception
\- transportation home
