Hello seniors, I have a cg of 7.7 at the end of 1st year. How should I move forward from now to secure an internship in 5th semester. Is it realistically possible to push cgpa to 8.5 at the end of 2nd year? And how many opportunities I will be actually losing if I have a cgpa of 8+ but less than 8.5

Any help will be appreciated.

Do only 2nd year summer break students gets ppo only or there are other internships in 3rd year in which we can get ppo's??
