Looking for a professional to convert this game-issued LSU 🐅 #87 to Burrow #9 (If Possible), any advice?

im looking into getting thisgenuine Nike gameissued LSU jersey that’s currently #87 on eBay. I’d like to have it professionally converted into a Joe Burrow #9 by replacing the numbers and adding a BURROW nameplate, which I cannot provide. Has anyone had a game-issued football jersey converted before? Looking for recommendations on shops that can do it without damaging . Any advice or experiences would be appreciated if it’s even worth the time. Thank you
