I'm getting insane FPS drops

Specs:

i5 12500H

RTX 3050 Mobile (4GB)

16GB DDR4 3200Mhz (single stick)

Windows 11

I used to get constant 170-190 fps but for the past few months I've been getting around 130-150 fps and recently it's gotten worse to the point where I'm getting only 80-120 fps

My CPU usage is usually at 30-40% when the game is running and memory around 50-60%.

I've tried almost every single "improve your performance" guide and nothing seems to work.

Should I try a full Windows reinstall?
