Mi stanno dicendo tutti oddio no pericoloso chissà cosa può capitare.

Pareri?

Project planner: opportunity to start this job, I have some doubts.

Hello there. I work in an heavy industry, complex products with complex planning requirements in a Norwegian company. At the moment I'm a procurement & supply chain analyst (I'm an analyst of the performance of my office, savings, deltas, budget and so on) and also PM (I coordinate some teams making sure they will work together to reach the goal we have). Well, I have the opportunity to join integrated planning team. We work on several project and I would join as a project planner. As a project planner, I will follow up engineering, production and procurement milestones, I will create constraints on primavera (sorry for my poor knowledge of technical nouns, I don't work in planning yet) and I think nothing else. I'm not even sure I will design the milestones on my own, I think I will just receive them, making sure they are coherent with general schedule (not designed by me ofc....) and that's it. Why do I want do join this team? Because my goal is to become a PM or assistant PM of the whole project itself and to do that your background must be a technical one and procurement ofc is not a technical Dept. Also, I don't like procurement department and I like the leader of planning team, I get along with him and with his first line. I'm here to ask you a general feedback over planning job, that is, is that a transversal job that gives you skills you can use in other companies, even less structured or that produce a less complex product? What are the evolutions of a project planner? Is that an interesting job? Pros and cons? Everything that come to your mind. Also, feel free to ask more questions if you need more information to reply to my post. Thank you all.

Chi mi spiega come fa a vivere sta gente?

Planning o procurement, potete darmi il vostro parere?

Buona domenica a tutti. Lavoro in azienda ambito metalmeccanico, prodotti ingegneristici complessi.
