Should I try to potty train before our 2nd baby comes? Or should I wait until my toddler is older? We have never attempted potty training other than setting a potty out so she knows what it is and looking at potty books. A handful of times when she was 18 months I tried to sit her on the potty and she protested so I dropped it. She also has a severe speech delay but does great with signs.

What’s your regimen to manage heartburn but specifically the acid reflux… even some nights when I take Prilosec (daily at this point) I am waking up in my sleep choking on acid.

Is anyone using gaviscon??

I’d rather have the heartburn than the acid coming up because it’s burning the back of my throat for hours afterwards!!!

Please do not recommend tums lol it does nothing for me.

What are your tips and tricks for when you need to go out with your kid but just don’t feel like it?

My toddler is 24 months and I am 5 months pregnant and as much as I want to lay around and do nothing, my toddler will tear the house apart (she is not a chill lady).

A few days of the week we usually do have something planned already but there’s always other days of the week where I struggle to get us out, like to library, park, shopping, playground/play cafe etc. I think some of it is social anxiety and some of it is a little depression/burn out.
