Sofi concert: Central or corner seats

Im in the market for seats in 200 sec, maybe 100 if prices drop enough. I've been looking at central area more than the sides (runway area). but just came across an army post that felt corners were where they were at. :) Thoughts on where the better seats are at So fi? Thank you

Or are the corners better if close up (floor or 100) vs central better for 200 300 ...

Bio Sci 35 (Prof Lew) & Bio Sci 36 (Prof Nicholas)

I’m an incoming freshman (undeclared) & want to take them for science GEs. How hard are the exams and workload, and are the classes pretty straightforward if I keep up?

stub hub: same seats / diff price

Stub Hub

I'm new to attending BTS concert but noticed that, for the same seats, the prices are different on my cell phone (app) vs laptop?

For example, 2 seats I'm looking at are going for $512 on my phone & $525 on my computer.

Is this a known thing?

Is there a final for Uni Stu 1

Anyone take Uni Stu 1 (freshman experience)?

I am an incoming freshman.

I want to take Uni Stu 1 and wondering if there really is a final during finals week being a 2 unit pnp class.

What is final like? Is it a project or something else not due finals week?

Trying to coordinate not having 2 finals on same day.

Also, is it really helpful? I already have 3 classes (12 units): art 9a online, bio sci 36, stats 7, which is on light side, to ease into dorm life etc. but wondering if uni stu 1 at pnp would be recommended. I'm Undeclared.

Has anyone taken STATS 7 with Zhu/Gillen?

How hard were the exams and grading?

I'm obviously going for an A.

I see great reviews for Armstrong but he only has TuTh8am opening & I'm not a morning person...

course selection: waitlisting a 2nd section

Freshman here:

I’m enrolled in Armstrong’s 8am STATS 7 but want to waitlist his full 12:30pm section.

Can I join the waitlist without jeopardizing my 8am spot?

Stats 7 with Armstrong or Zhu/Gillen

I have SPOP in 8 hours and want to take Stats 7.

I am not a morning person.

I think from what I'm reading Armstrong is the one to go with, but his class is 8am TuTh and Final is also 8am Tues. Zhu/Gillen are at 1pm MWF with afternoon final.

Has anyone had experience with P Zhu & D Gillen. I am undeclared and obviously trying to get an A.

Middle Earth Classic Hall - Attached Double

I'm an incoming freshman and filling out the dorm app. I have 3 roommates &

my 1st choice is Towers - quad & my 5th choice is Classic hall - single.

The other 3 choices I have to rank are:

CH-double /

CH-triple /

Middle Earth CH - Attached Double <--

Is the ME CH- attached double something most want? Is that better than regular CH-double (which c/b Mesa or ME).

I prefer the social aspect of Mesa overall.

Recs for agent specialized in 90066 (Los Angeles)

Hello. Newbie here. My family is in the market to sell a house in Los Angeles, appraised at about $1.5 million.

I understand the commission rules changed a couple of years ago. What is everyone paying these days to the listing agent and buyer's agent?

The property is a 1,200 sq ft single-family house built around 1950 in ZIP code 90066 in Del Rey (near Marina del Rey and Mar Vista). It is on an exceptionally large lot of 6800 sq feet (vs typical lot size 4800).

We expect a developer will buy it as a tear-down and rebuild.

We've met with three Realtors so far, with commissions ranging from 2.5% to 3.5% for their side. This seems excessive to me, especially if we still need to pay a buyer's agent.

When I sold my house in OC 20 years ago, I regretted agreeing to 5% on a $515K sale ($26K commission). The amount of work seems less (no staging, no repairs to satisfy buyer etc due to likely developer sale), so I don't see why I should be paying more than that. At $1.5 million, even 2% is $30K.

-->What is the going rate for a transaction like this?

-->Recs for agent experienced in 90066 & with strong track record/connections to builders that can get us max sale

Thank you

Hotel recs in July - 1st timer

--> Question: Should we just stay put at either Hyatt Place or Aston Waikiki Banyan the whole time or split it up? If so, which hotels are recommended?

-----------------------------------------------------------

My fam of 3 is going to Oahu for a funeral in July. Arriving on 7/22, funeral on 7/25, and leaving 7/29 back to mainland. First time for my 17 yo son. As of now I have booked 2 refundable hotels for the entire duration at Hyatt Park and Aston Waikiki Banyan to be near my relatives staying at the Banyan on the east side. However, wondering if, after the funeral, we will be better off changing it up (for my son's sake) to a better location for the remainder of the trip (7/26-29) such as the Hyatt Regency, Kaimana or another hotel on beachfront.

Our wants (ideal but not expected) are:

large room (380+ sq ft)

proximity to decent food not needing a car

not overly chaotic environment

closer to beach the better

convenient coin laundry

some view

$500 max/day

My kid wants to go to Hanauma Bay, maybe Pearl Harbor, some light hiking, beach at least once, swim with turtles. Not sure if we'll make it to North Shore, but prob more likely to windward side.

I'm a couch potato and prefer hanging out in room reading with balcony window open on some days, so big room & nice view good for me. Hubs and kid can go off on their own, to beach etc, maybe with relatives

Son particularly interested in quieter experience, less crowds including on beach, though not a dealbreaker as we understand it comes with territory if we don't have a car and want to convenient food options.

Thank you
