LED masks?

Red light masks and treatments are seeming all the rage in the beauty world atm but I’m wondering if they could be good for psoriosis? The main one by currentbody explicitly says it’s not for psoriasis but .. maybe they just have to say that? Has anyone had any experience with this?

Food venue for 14 people?

Hi! I am planning a hen in Bristol and I’m looking for a vegan friendly food place that will have room for 14 and not too expensive?
I know there doesn’t seem to be a food hall type of thing but I also didn’t want to book a chain we could go to anywhere else
Would be very grateful for any ideas :)
Also emo / indie nightclub and bar recs too!! xx

Best UK low % retinol / advice?

I have been very nervous to try retinol as it sounds so harsh and my skin is very sensitive but I am just at a loss with it ! Any low % recommendations I can get in the uk that are best?

I also fear I have deffo damaged it by doing some at home dermaplaning that I REGRET SO MUCH

Currently use on my dry psoriasis prone skin (currently not flared)
Garnier micellar cleansing oil in water
Cerave hydrating foam oil cleanser
Aveeno moisturising cream
Kiehls ultra face cream
No eye cream, but I really need one of those too!
