Sofi won’t pay us until 10/13, unfortunately October 12 is a federal holiday and we have to wait 13 days for pay- that is 18 days without pay from 9/25. Sofi is good paying early when I notice that we get paid much longer than 15 days. DFAS won’t post LES early for sure.

Hello, when do you usually receive the final return email from Amex? My bank returned it today, and I made a manual payment but, they said once they receive the final return and verify funds they can lift my account.
I always get a notification same day it returns but I never encountered a final return.
I have chatted via app and by phone and to my disbelief, agents don’t know banking terminology. I’ve asked what is pending to pull “ Outgoing Pending ACH”. I’ve asked if they have received notification from the payee . They said “ we need the name of the payee and the amount” I mean if I’m asking you to look who’s pulling on what date, why are you asking all these questions?

I wanted to give heads up for those who made ACH payments to merchants during the weekend to Monday and haven’t gotten paid yet from your employer due to the holiday. Sofi has lakes about this so many times - it’s hard to believe how many of these agents can’t seem to know how their own policy works. But here it is. Sofi will usually process weekend ACH debits Monday night. But because it’s a Memorial Day on Monday, they’re suppose to process ACH debits on night- like I was told by management. However, after to speaking with other management yesterday, they said all pending ACH debits will process Monday night - Tuesday morning.
The majority of all banks will process all pending Debits the following business day (night batching) but this stupid bank processes midnight batching on a holiday. If you don’t have the funds you’re screwed, and if you do- you’ll be fine. Unlike me, I didn’t get paid like they said I would, and all the pending debits I scheduled in Friday will be returned.
Sofi has shown to be extremely inconsistent with their own policies and give misleading information to their customers. If you’re a shareholder, I think you should think about what kind of bank you’re dealing with.
Sofi, unfortunately did not process our pay as scheduled on the LES as of 5/22, they informed me several times that we will get paid today ( Saturday) since Monday is a holiday. As a new customer, I never had pay fall on a weekend, so this is new to me. Many say it’s not Sofi , but it is because many users report Sofi does not pay on weekends, when they informed me several times they do since they work 24/7. Thanks Sofi !
I’ve read many forums where people state charge off accounts are not reported to the Big 3 - it only gets reported to EWS. Anyone seen their checking accounts reported as a charge off in the big 3? (not letting it prolong , but pay internally after 60+ days)
