Is the $35 25GB Can-US-Mex plan right now good???
Or am I better off waiting a few more days? Planning on the switch since I’ll be in the US more often.

Hi guys,
I’ll be moving into a grad annex this fall (Dickinson St), trying to get a feel for packing. Hoping to hear your experience. Is the kitchen equipped, or should I bring my things? How often do you realistically use the kitchen, considering there’s only one for the whole house? What does the shared bathroom situation look like? Anything you wish you brought coming in?
Thank you
I (M23) and my now ex-girlfriend (F23) were together for about a year before I moved back to my country to work. We had a great run and were very convinced we were going to be together for a long time.
My problem, I think, is that I get pushed around a lot by immediate problems and cannot think for things in the distant, including her. I can’t say “no”, whether it is OT at work, or friends or opportunities. I am also someone who tries to be “by the book” only to conceal a rogue and impulsive side, and have the tendency to operate a lot in the grey area, and later rationalize it.
When we were physically together everything makes sense, and I thought she would keep me in check. When I moved, we dated for another 5 months. It was getting rougher with the distance and all of the stresses from work and school. Around the 3rd month I feel like I have had enough, but I also felt so bad (which, to think now, is a mistake) and stuck around, because she was in a rough spot in life and needed me so bad. I tried to be there for her, but it felt exhausting and forced, and it sometimes showed.
During this time, I reunited with an old middle school friend (F22), who during the five months I made sure to remain platonic, but a few weeks after we broke up, has progressed into a fling for 2 months. Nothing serious and it would end when I leave town. We ended up hooking up once towards the end, which I regretted.
After this time I now am on a trip with my ex-girlfriend on a trip, supposedly to have closure to our online breakup and say goodbye. I felt a bit forced to go, because she had wanted it so bad. I messed up every step of the way, and I’m struggling to even understand how it happened. I know it’s my doing, but it seems like I’m watching someone doing it retroactively. I messed up when I had this fling so quickly after the breakup only because I don’t know how to say no; when I didn’t tell my ex-gf about it before the trip because it would have been canceled. I could have also just told her no about the trip. I messed up when I saw her again, folded and confessed about having had sex with someone else but made up a different story and made it seem like a rash moment instead of a build-up. I messed up by neither hiding it completely nor telling the whole truth, but doing this half-ass thing which she ended up finding out anyway when she went through my phone and found photos of my fling in the hidden folder. I messed up every step of the way because I feel like I try to make everyone happy, including myself, but ended up hurting everyone. I almost lived two different lives and thought I could keep them separate. She went through my photos and now thinks I cheated on her, because she saw pictures of this girl during the time we were still dating that I’m trying to convince her that we were really just friends, which I tell you is the truth to my heart. I may have lied and acted shady, but I know to not cheat.
Yet it doesn’t even matter because I have completely broken her and ruined everything we have had. I lied to her in the name of protecting her feelings and our last trip, but perhaps mostly myself. It sucks because if I was more assertive I could have prevented all of it at many chances. It sucks because she also has to suffer my bullshit, and it sucks because I feel all the love and emotions rushing back when I saw her again, but my other self that did not think for her already fucked it up and I had to cover it with lies. I ended up telling her the whole truth but it doesn’t matter because she no longer believes anything I said. She loved me with everything and I have treated her with little respect throughout. The worst part is it is only dawning on me what my actions and inactions in the past 8 months mean, now. And I have yet to feel actual deep sorrow because I cannot ever imagine myself doing it, and it feels like I’m watching someone else’s story.
Is there anything I can do now, or is it really it?
TL;DR:
My lack of conviction and assertiveness has hurt my ex-girlfriend and destroyed everything we had as I lied to cover for myself. I am desperate to find any way to improve the situation.
Hello all,
I am looking to fulfill the prerequisite for a Master's degree I was now admitted for, which asks for a university/college level math course. For reference, I have graduated from my undergrads last year, so I can't take an elective.
I am now looking to see if there's anywhere in Canada that offers this online. I've seen so far Athabasca and maybe UNB that do. Anyone has experience with them? I'm also looking to see if anyone has another lead on this. The pickle is that I should have this completed by September.
Appreciate your help!
