Yrr ye attandance ka kya scene he, I'm doing MSc, but daily college Jana isn't for me 😔😭 attandance pe 10 internal marks he, kya karu week me sirf 2 ya 3 din he ja pata hu

Guys my BCA finished this year and I took admission in BHU MSc CSA program because I couldn't get into BHU MCA...This program offers a specialization in Data Science.

Should I focus on learning Data Science from the start or should I stick with development?

Also this course is heavily focused on mathematics, statistics and machine learning. The placements are average and on campus, most companies seem to be hiring for Data Analyst roles rather than Data Scientist roles........

Gng is anyone using bus transport from Cantt to bhu ? If yes can I catch that bus from Rajghat to bhu ?

Also what's the price.....

Why does BHU management allow outsiders on campus? It should be banned. It's not your tourist site

BHU is getting so much hate for reasons that seem pretty lame and stupid to me. People complain that Varanasi has no fun places, cafés, nightlife, etc., and say things like, "Yahan hum maze nahi kar pa rahe" or "I'm disappointed."

But honestly, are you coming here to study or to party? Varanasi isn't a metro city like Delhi, Mumbai, or Bangalore, so obviously it won't offer the same lifestyle. Apart from tourism, the city doesn't have as much to offer in terms of entertainment. Just chill, focus on your studies, prepare for your future, and enjoy yourself once you have a job and your own income.

Now most controversial things I'm going to say, gali padhne wala he mujhe 💔

Majority hate comments ye female students he kar rahi he......which is kinda valid because ap 12th just pass kiye ho and high expectations and hopes basically wo tv series, movies deak kar ane wale log.......☝️🤓😤

Seniors please help your lil bro

I was allotted a seat in the 1st regular round under the OBC-NCL category. However in the 4th round my allotment was upgraded to UR (Unreserved) because my score is above UR cutoff.

So for document verification which date should I follow................27th or 28th?

Get ready, BHU. The elite doom scroller, fatass, short king Timmy Toughknuckles is finally arriving.

While other students spent their summer preparing for classes, Timmy spent his mastering the sacred arts of doom scrolling, arguing with strangers, and reading 400-comment threads about things he doesn't even care about.

Legends say he once opened Instagram for 5 minutes and woke up 6 hours later knowing the complete history of a random political conflict, three celebrity breakups, and why some guy from Ohio thinks the Earth is flat.

The campus Wi-Fi has been informed. The faculty has been warned. God has abandoned us.

The final boss of being terminally online is coming.

So I'm from Varanasi and I'm a day scholar aswell....i don't need a hostel. Do I still need to fill this Residence/Dossier Form

I know this is a dumb doubt, but still I'm asking anyway....so During document verification, can I bring photocopies of my documents in black-white format or is it necessary to bring color copies ?

However, I've seen mixed opinions regarding placements. Many people say that DST-CIMS mainly focuses on M.Sc. Statistics & Computing and M.Sc. Mathematics & Computing, and that these are the only two programs with strong placement opportunities. According to them, M.Sc. CSA receives very little placement support, and the department does not focus much on this program compared to the other two courses.

At the same time, I found a placement report showing that for the 2022–2024 batch, 15 out of 62 CSA students were placed, which suggests placements do exist to some extent.

I'm looking for more recent and accurate information. If anyone has the 2023–2025 placement report/PDF for M.Sc. CSA (or knows the placement statistics), could you please share it?

Also, if you're a current student or alumnus of the program, I'd appreciate any insights about placements, internships, and overall career opportunities after this course.
