Hello, Im a freelance artist, Someone filed a dispute and left a negative balance. This was my fault I wasnt able to refund them sooner.
Im from the philippines and want to refund them sooner, but I dont know how. Can anyone tell me what to do?
It was valid for them to file a dispute, so i want to fix things by refunding them.
