Is it worth attempting RBI grade B exam if I’m making 20LPA in Corporate Banking?

Hi all, I’m a new IIM graduate working in corporate banking in a private Bank. I don’t enjoy the work i do, I’m not sure if it’s going to get better. I get no fulfilment from it, seems soul draining and although WLB is good I really don’t know how I’m going to spend the rest of my life doing this.

I was wondering if it’s worth giving this exam a shot? Also I have cleared cfa L1 as well

Does Lexapro slow metabolism? What does the science say?

Hi all. I wanna know if it affects your metabolism and it the same has been established by science. As much as i respect the anecdotes shared on this sub, i find them hard to believe because they are conflicting. I just wanna know if I am destroying my metabolism because that is a tradeoff i am not willing to take

Is it bad to switch companies just after a few months of joining?

So I worked in a place for 11months and joined a new company which offered a lot more money. Now, I am finding this place to be way worse for my long term career. I’m learning nothing, my boss is not exactly toxic although she does become toxic close to deadlines but in general she has no idea about the work we do ( she was transferred to this department without her will).

My question is, if i find a good job and try to leave this company after say 5 months. Is that a blot on my resume? I remember my ex boss told me I shouldn’t switch within 1 year since it’s a big stain on the resume.

View from my Girlfriend’s house in Powai

I just took a couple of pictures because I’m not much into taking pics but god damn it was beautiful.

Now I understand why rich people love Mumbai. We just experience different Mumbais xD

Extremely loud music and Dhol at 2am. Just sick of this problem

To start off, my phone hasn’t even captured 10% of how LOUD this was. It started at 1:20 and went on till 2am

I made a huge mistake shifting into a MHADA building 1rk because I didn’t wanna share flats with anyone but this area is just full of morons doing this shit everyday. And the funny thing is that a police station is right across the building from where this is happening but no one does anything. Apart from this, every other day there is some asshole on my door asking for money for some event and if you refuse they’ll get upset.

I guess it is my fault for thinking i could get an affordable place with some privacy but everything is always priced in, here this inconvenience is the extra cost that i probably overlooked

For anyone wondering, this is pratiksha nagar in Sion
