Hi, I’m looking to buy a manual espresso coffee machine in Pakistan. I want something cheap, not complicated, and easy to operate manually - similar to the Anex AG826 model. Requirements:Manual functioning, Simple to use and clean ,Budget-friendly. Also list pros and cons of owning a coffee machine, as for now i only know that i will also have to invest in for a coffee beans grinder and beans so yeah

PS. i want a proper machine where I can enjoy the coffee-making process myself. By “manual” I mean it shouldn’t be a pod/Nespresso type machine — I want to grind, tamp, and brew manually so I get the full hands-on experience.

I am an 18{F} and was diagnosed with PCOS back last year with no symptoms of irregular periods and i had hirusutism, excess weight gain and acne as my symptoms and my PCOS was diagnosed through ultrasound i was instructed to take metformin and spironolactone for 6 months and it was started back in sep 2025, i took those 2 tablets regularly and ultimately stopped them in january and then i started them again in march because my periods were like a month late and i was really tensed as it didnt happened with me before, hence when i took the tablets again in march my periods came 15 days earlier than the actual date and those were the kinds of periods that even i wasnt feeling anything like no cramps no pain nothing it felt like that i was only bleeding and didnt felt anything which is again not normal for me well that periods lasted 4 days and then my next periods came 18 days earlier then expected and now i am really worried, i know i should consult my endo about it but can anyone of you tell that why is this happening and now i have decided to not take my tablets anymore until my endo tell me to do so, but any explanations of this situation are welcomed
