Our 2BR/2BA Unit at RiverHouse 11 is opening up early August (10 minute ferry to Midtown)
Hey all. We're in a 2BR/2BA at RiverHouse 11 on the Port Imperial waterfront, and we're moving out earlier than planned because we both landed new jobs. Our unit is opening up on August 8, and I wanted to post here first since people in this community actually know the area.
This isn't a sublet or takeover. You'd sign a normal lease directly through the leasing office at their rate (~$4900/month, below market rent for the unit). I'm just the current tenant trying to help fill it!
What we'll actually miss most:
**3 minute walk to ferry and 30 second walk to light rail!** 1 light rail stop to Hoboken nightlife
* In-unit washer/dryer, deep soaking tub, dual vanities, balcony over the pool, pet friendly
* Rooftop with the full Hudson skyline, pool (and multiple pool tables), hot tub, gym, golf simulator, music/podcast room, movie theater, rock climbing wall, garden, gaming room, reading area, conference rooms
* The waterfront happy hours are genuinely a good deal
* The rooftop fire pit and grills.
