There are 5 seeds, and I am one of those five. So me and four other people. We all have 100% of the torrent downloaded.

There are 5 peers, which are people downloading the torrent. They may or may not also be sharing what they have downloaded so far. Two of those five are getting content from me.

Do I have those definitions right?

Using qBittorrent, port is forwarded, seeds are showing, but torrent sits there stalled. It's not a queuing problem because I don't have queuing enabled.

Any thoughts? Got this from a public tracker using the magnet link, because when I click to download the .torrent file it just takes me to LimeTorrents.
