Where do people not intentionally prevent you from sleeping?

It seems in most places in America, if you share a wall or floor/ceiling with someone, they will stay up while you are trying to sleep and keep hitting the wall to disturb your sleep, everyday. I have found some places where it regularly didnt happen. Does anyone have any information on where this doesn’t happen? Im mainly asking about in America, but if there is a different country, feel free to share.

How much harder is it to get an entry level data analyst job that is non local?

I just graduated with a decent gpa with a data science bachelors from a good school but have no internships. Im thinking about relocating to a small city that is cheap while I apply for jobs but am worried that I would be practically disqualified from any non local jobs
