Economical soft start recommendations?

I have 3, 3 ton AC units and want to install a soft start on them. Does anyone have experience and recommendations? There are several options on Amazon but wonder about them.

EG4 software settings help

I have a grid boss and flexboss21 system. I have found that when I am in the Grid mode in my software, with grid sell back disabled and off grid disabled, I still push some power to the grid.  
I would like to be able to be able to have the grid enabled as backup without pushing any power.
anyone have a similar experience and suggestions on how I can get there?

2026 F150 assistance

Has anyone been able to override the Stop/Start mode on a newer model.
I have a 26 and can’t get it to stop using Forscan. Also tried to turn off the dodo tones.
I have only been successful with programming using the easy methods so far.
I used Forscan on my 2018 and was successful but curious what others are experiencing.

2026 King Ranch
