So my job has let me know as it’s my 3rd absence in 12months I am likely to be fired, but when I applied I did tell them I have Tourettes which can affect my work. I don’t understand what I should do if I’m sweating spitting throwing things hitting people or things, and as you probably know the job market is awful, I would just appreciate some advice, and maybe what you do for a job? My bf wants me to be written off as unable to work but I wanna contribute I wanna feel normal.

I wanted to ask what the difference between anxiety compulsions and ocd, because I don’t have the typical OCD thoughts or behaviours, I assume it’s to do with my autism; but I struggle with food contamination, numbers (like good and bad numbers counting how many sips of a drink I take etc) and recently my I guess rituals are worse? It’s been 2383 days but every night I pray, I am not a religious person just anxious and I HAVE to do this prayer or I can’t sleep and something bad will happen it has certain triggers like true crime, horror games, apocalyptic stuff, aliens or end of the world stuff. I just would like someone to explain to me the difference between these thoughts and behaviours I have from anxiety to OCD ‘behaviours’ (I’m sorry if that’s not the right word)

I’m not really smart at laptops and I’ve tried asking people in real life but they aren’t either. I’m really open to refurbished ones as I have a budget, I’m going to sell my current laptop which is a HP Envy 2in1 but I’m getting mixed prices on it so grateful for any advice on that too.
