Ideas please
So due to a health condition I can’t have dairy or gluten (I can but afterwards I get really sick so I try my best to avoid dairy) but I love dairy 🥛
someone PLEASE give me some dairy free items/recipes/snack/meal ideas… I feel like I currently eat the same things
I have tried some dairy free items and have a butter and yogurt that I love but I haven’t found a cheese yet that tastes good to me so any recommendations I would appreciate.
