Buying stocks

Im joining the audit grad scheme in September and aparently theres restrictions to stocks you can buy which I suppose makes sense since were not in Congress.

But how strict is it? Is it mainly for more senior employees or everyone?

If the firm doesnt audit a company, e.g, Nvidia is it fine for me to keep it? Or if they do audit a client for example rocketlab, does every single employee have to sell their holdings or just those that are working on the project?

Do you have to get approval before purchasing stock or can you just buy?

Im guessing etfs would be fine aswell?

I got really into investing at university so just wanted to ask lol. I hope its not too restrictive

ACA difficulty

Ill likely be starting the ACA this september and I keep hearing different opinions on the difficulty. Some people say its the hardest thing they done but others say it wasnt as hard as university or even A-Levels. Some of which did the same degree/ A-levels as me.

Just wanted to ask on your perspective on how you found it. Was it mainly the amount of content + working full time that made it difficult rather than it being conceptually difficult? How would you compare it to past studies?

Anyone have experience of the audit grad scheme

I have an offer for the audit grad scheme and plan to start in September, I just wanted to ask if anyone has had experience with it and how they found it.

When speaking to the interviewer, he mentioned that the start is very much like university since theres a big emphasis on passing the exams. I just found out that I got 12 exams in the first year so is it essentially filled out with classes and study leave?

Theres no exams in second year and I have the 2 advanced ones in third year, so im guessing second year is when you you start experiencing projects?

7k Interest free loan from Employer

I start a new role in september and at the company, I can take up to a £7000 interest free loan. It Is then repayed in 12,24 or 36 months depending on what you choose.

This is a no-brainer right? I dont really need the money but just sticking it in a index fund in my ISA seems like an easy decision?. Cant really think of any downsides of me taking it.

Just wanted to ask for peoples opinions
