Need some help following out a fuselage

So I'm 3D printing this glider I'm designing and I need to hollow the fuselage out so the walls are only 0.2mm thick but standard shell techniques aren't working and is causing an error. Also I'd prefer to have the selected faces a hole but I can always do that later. Would really appreciate some help as I've been on this for a while, anything helps, thanks!

Will a 1.8 meter wingspan glider work?

I've been working on a 1.8 meter wingspan RC glider, I've focused on aerodynamics and have developed a long wing design. I originally was going to CNC machine it out of foam but that would be ten times more difficult then just 3D printing the thing, it will have a folding prop in the tip. Now would it be too heavy? BTW this would be my first self made RC plane.
