Was there ever a reason they stopped? It was such a life saver.
It's been a day and nothing has ported over yet from Fandango. I disconnected it and then reconnected it hoping it would refresh and add the movies, but no luck. Anyone have any luck with Fandango?
What are Binge Box's and where the hell did they come from? Decided to go to a different library today and browse the DVD section, and I stumble upon Binge Box. It's a wonderful idea and I would love to know more about them. Do the libraries have them custom made or do they order them through a company? Very fascinating.
Does anyone remember back in 2020 or 2021 when The Muppets (2011) and Muppets Most Wanted were both added on Netflix for a short time? I think about this a lot and wonder how they were added on as Disney's contract expired, and having Disney+. Anyone remember this?
I remember watching the first season when it aired on the channel 10 whole years ago (crazy to think). For some reason I never remembered the finale of season 1 but the majority of the episodes stuck out to me when I started rewatching it this year. The show is good! I think the main cast are giving their all with it and they hold up well enough for it to be enjoyable.
I think this is one of the coolest Disney show plotlines we ever saw on the network, especially with an overarching plot that continues throughout episodes. But what the hell happened?? With a plot as good as the show has, where did the writing go all wrong? I'm gonna be honest the show just isn't funny at all. A lot of the humor relies on them restating things that happened (which I'll get to), very obviously, or repeating things over again. This show relies a lot on the characters retelling the plot of what happened 2 minutes ago, and it gets very annoying watching on streaming. I get that they maybe thought they had to re explain what happened on cable with commercial breaks, but it does not hold up now and it gets really annoying.
But all that aside, I think the show is enjoyable and you should watch it if you've never watched it before. But if you're thinking of rewatching, maybe watch a different show from the era.
