{serious} Do they have you poop in a cup? Genuinely curious.

Im thinking about experimenting with cookie baking, which im not that experienced with. Im looking at recipes online and just seeing where they all cross over and what they all have in common so that I might narrow down to exactly what im looking for.

I guess im looking for tips like blending the eggs before adding them to the dough, removing the cookies from the oven 1-or-so minutes early so they can finish on the tray and stay soft. Things like that.

Also, specifically, all the recipes I've found are for small, relatively-thin cookies (about 2 inch-diameter), but im trying to make a recipe for something much larger (maybe 4 inches) to go along with what my employers like to sell.

A beehive has formed in a public space that i am partially responsible for. I have read online that beekeepers are often willing to come and remove a newly-formed hive after they have swarmed and made themselves well-nested.

Is this true? And if so, does r/Louisville have any recommendations or knowledge to add?

(I'd love for this to be handled ASAP because this public space is around young kids, so please, reddit. Dont lemme' down)
