I have the cooler Master Elite 681 case. It comes with the fans pictured. I want a few more that match but I can seem to find out what these are. Cooler Master doesn't have anything they sell separately that matches these.

This started a few weeks ago and it's been driving me crazy trying to find the cause. 9 speed cassette. On gears 6-9, when pedalling hard, I can feel a grind or vibration out of the chain. Whatever it is, it isn't making any noise. But I can feel it a lot. Sensation in the pedals is like someone just plucked a big bass string. When I put my bike on the stand trying to figure it out I can't duplicate the issue because I'm not putting enough pressure on the pedals.
The bottom bracket and crankset were just replaced last month. The chain was replaced at the beginning of the season. The cassette is a couple years old but still seems ok. My derailleur hanger was out of whack but I fixed that and re-adjusted my derailleur. The problem persists. My pedals were replaced in June.
The bike is otherwise performing well. But that feeling in the pedals is recent and very offputting when I'm pedalling hard.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
