Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test Chart - but for a big study [Q]

Help! My sample sizes are is 40-82, and I can only find Wilcoxon test charts that go up to n=30! I've looked everywhere and can't find anything that can accommodate a bigger n. Does anyone know where to find a bigger chart?

Coway 50 haters- could it maybe possibly work in this situation?

A family member is heading off to college in the US. They are *very* high risk for Long Covid and severe complications from Covid and other viruses. They don't mask (it's a whole thing, ugh) and won't ask for housing accommodations from the school. They have 1 roommate and it's two beds facing each other, allowing for very quick airborne transmission when their roommate gets sick. No data on room size, but it's small.

Family member also doesn't like air filters or sticking out too much socially so I could probably get away with sending them to school with something no larger than the Coway100. The 50 would be better. They have bad allergies and are very sensitive to VOCs and pollen but I am mostly concerned about respiratory particles and pathogens. I can't figure out if Coway is HEPA, which I think is weird but also my brain doesn't work, so idk. There's no budget bc a tiny air filter shouldn't be $$$. What do you all recommend or think? I really cannot do the Levoit Vital 200S, it's too big.

Thinking about dopamine- Help!

I started a dopamine *agonist last week to help my restless legs and instead it made them so so bad and wrecked my sleep. It's been days since I've stopped it and my sleep is still awful and it has put me in PEM. If I'm having symptom exacerbation from an agonist, does that mean my dopamine levels are too high? too low? I have tried L-Dopa and no luck. All of my hormones are awful and I am waiting for an endo appt. But I need to sleep asap to not have my ME turn back into severe ME. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Reddit filters keeps deleting my posts today

I'm not a big reddit girlie but I posted a few days ago, no problem. Now I'm trying to post something important and it keeps getting removed by the filters. The sub's mods said they don't know why and can't do anything about it. I've reworded it a few times, censored a word that maybe was an issue ("dopamine", this is in a disease-related group) and it is still getting removed immediately. I cannot do an appeal so I don't think I'm banned. Thoughts?

Can't Sleep Due To Hunger

Help! At 2.5, I can't sleep because I'm waking up with hunger pains every hour or two. Covid destroyed what was left of my hormones and metabolism. It also gave me Long Covid and Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) so it's critical I get as much sleep (albeit crappy) as possible. I've been on Zep for 6 months at a microdose- 1.75- to help with inflammation and energy. I already struggle so much with *low* appetite during the day and *high* appetite all night. I eat a medium snack of almond butter and a little honey right before bed and that is usually okay to keep me from waking up due to hunger. But now I've developed Metabolic Syndrome/Fatty Liver (thanks Covid!), and I've been at a regular dose of Zep to see if it can help my body be less broken lol. At 2.5, I was waking up every hour, starving, and would run out of extra almond butter. It was a hell week, I didn't sleep. I went down to 2.0 and keep gaining weight fast (sign that my body isn't working). I'm on 3.0 now, got the shot 2 hours ago and I'm getting ready for bed and I'm already starving. I'm eating the best/most I can throughout the day, it's all lean protein, lots of veg+ fruits, and complex carbs. Is there anything I can do to keep the night hunger/blood sugar drops (?) from waking me up? And why in the world is this happening? My doctor is so confused.
