Despite the covenant, King Harald was still sure Loki could kill him with Nidhöggr and he was right despite people ignoring this narrative to focus on logistics like the brand on his arm.

I understand Domi Reversi Rocks does indeed look far stronger than Depths Covenant Harald, but that’s the surface. The covenant was so strong that Harald said it was “Frightening” and Loki said it was “Monstrous”. And then Harald massacred hundreds of giants and fended off Shanks and Gaban till Loki arrived. Gaban even said that if Harald walked out that door he would have killed everybody(literally).

Just as Roger said Domi Reversi Rocks was a monster, Imu said Depths Covenant Harald was a monster.

It’s fair to say they’re comparable so Loki could probably kill Domi Reversi Harald.

Of course it brings the question of “Would Loki then defeat Domi Reversi Rocks or Garp and Roger in a 2 on 1?” And honestly I don’t know because the scaling isn’t consistent.
