Checked out Mount Niles for my birthday weekend hike, didn't summit but I made it to the col. Pretty cool hike overall with views of Takakkaw lake and Iceline from the top

Guinn's Peak

Beautiful hike with views of Ribbon, Lillian, and Galatea lakes. There was lots of wildlife along the trail too, including a black bear. The section to/from Lillian is pretty boring but the scenery is gorgeous the rest of the way

New boots are likely my next big purchase and I'm pretty confident on the fit of the Mach1 130 MV. Are the updates for '27 worth waiting for / potentially paying more for or do I grab the '26 while they're on sale?

It's hard to believe they're closing tomorrow 😢

Sunshine Village on the penultimate ski day of the season (until summer skiing opens anyway). Total snowfall passed 1000 cm this week!
