To gain weight any suggestions

21F | Height: 152 cm | Weight: 41 kg 🥲😭

Recently i have seen a post about ideal weight and height.I'm literally stuck in the 38–41 kg range. From around 14 age until now, many things have changed, but my weight hasn't.Recently my go to clothes includes long sleeves to cover my thin hands.

I'm not someone who eats very little. If I choose to eat more, I can literally eat more than two people . But I'm an eggetarian, so non-veg is kind of off my diet.

I've been criticised about my weight my whole life by my family, classmates, and colleagues. I'm genuinely trying my best to gain weight, but I'm not seeing much change.

My current diet includes a lot of carbohydrates and fibre. Since my breakfast and lunch are provided by my company, I can't change those meals much. Apart from that, I'm trying to figure out what else I can do.

Are there any simple ways to gain around 10 kg in 2–3 months? Also, I don't currently have time to go to the gym, so that's not really an option for me. Is there anything else I can do to gain weight without going to the gym?

I'd really appreciate advice and i don't appreciate any Dms other than this topic.
