CMMG 22LR conversion kit, problems.

So I've been borrowing a conversion kit and after 500 rounds, probably, I now got my own. First round I put through it, failed to eject and the extractor would not grab it, I had to pull the BCG out to get the casing out. I tried it again, failed to eject, but this time I was able to manually charge it which got the round out and next one in, fired the next one, failed to eject...

Comparing the borrowed one to the new one, this new one doesn't feel or sound very smooth. Not sure how important this is but the cotter pin end kinda sticks out more than the old one, doesn't look like it's enough to interfere with anything though.

AR22 FRT, trying to get it running, can't figure it out!

I'm trying to do a squirted FRT for my AR with the CMMG conversion kit, I actually got it working 80% with the RAD remix from YourBroStevo. It seems a little delicate but i got the Normal +0, I know first time was my fault as the back area came out to 0.5mm and second one came out better and runs, so was trying to do the U-DIS version. I got the 22 Lever, no blocker, and full length MS +0, -2 to -6, but no luck in getting it running.

ASA trouble, breaking easily at transition points!

I'm having a lot of trouble with Polymaker ASA wherever there's a transition from a large surface to a pillar. I've got and old i3 bed slinger, printing at 260c, heated chamber at 50c, bed at 100c. I printed a exercise ball plug and the thing was all melty but impossible to break, meanwhile a cylinder printed vertically with 3mm thick walls and a bunch of hole slots, it breaks easily at the base and at the top of the slots. I'm doing 2 walls and this method for 100% infill, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c7CI6yBTKMc, which is essentially nothing but walls. The only cooling I really have is on overhangs, otherwise it's 0. I don't know what to try, when I print single small parts I'm basically tearing off layers just to get the supports off, but this bigger print is snapping like dry sticks. I've got the PTC heater up in the top back corner, controlled by the STC-1000 with the temperature sensor at print level at the front Z brace support. I just changed the "Small Perimeter Threshold" to 8mm just to slow the whole thing down thinking maybe that'd give me better adhesion, but I don't know.
