Blocked by "Low confidence score" error during micro1.ai verification

Is anyone else caught in a loop with the micro1 verification?
I failed the ID check with a "Low confidence score for the session" reason, and I can't even retry it.

I've emailed support, but I'm just getting automated replies from their Zara AI assistant saying they're escalating the issue.
Still no word from a real human support agent, and I can't complete my profile without this step.

If anyone has figured out how to resolve this, please share!

What is happening with job/intern market

As a Btech CSE 3rd yr student I applying
20+ application per day from 2 month still not shortlisted for an intern Despite , I have a great relevant programming skills have great project , everything i have in my resume still not shortlisted .. I need a refferal now , I am exhausted at applying daily intern/job application .. giving my worthy whole time 24 hrs to fill up application.. Please help me need a referral today in the real world.. Today generation getting job/intern from connection..
