Looking for chill, exploration type horror games

I’ve been really into the vibes of games like the forest and Subnautica, but I’m not always into the aspect of fighting, needs management and the like.

Are there any open world games similar that don’t have those feature or have those features removable? I’d really love a game where you just explore creepy or scary environments without worrying about food, water or oxygen, just progression.

I like base building and I don’t mind health systems so long as it’s less battle related (guns, boss fights, etc) and more about not letting you explore past your equipment level / character ability or if it’s something to avoid.

Creepy story is a plus too, as well as eerie and spooky vibes or psychological horror more than just cheap jumpscares.

If it helps, other games I’ve been interested in are the rusty lake series, fran Bow, don’t starve, and welcome to The game (2 especially)

I have an MRI scheduled for Sunday, will the call back about a lump on the area even if it’s not the focus?

I have a lump on my hip, which is the area I’m getting an MRI of. It’s not big and probably just a cyst, but will they call me anyway? Will they even catch it?

I’ve put off telling the doctors just because I assumed an MRI would see it anyway. 20F, 5’5”, about 90kg if it matters at all.

Rare but harsh left chest pain

Every so often, I’ll get this bad pain in the left or sometimes centre of my chest, I’m not sure if it really counts as crushing / squeezing, but it’s between sharp and dull. Sometimes it’s so bad I make noise in reaction to it, not out of suddenness but more out of how badly it hurts.

It’s manageable, however, and usually passes after a minute or so. From past experience, panicking / getting upset about it makes it worse / go on for longer.

Sometimes, after, I can see my shirt moving with my heartbeats (I’m not thin by any means, so my heartbeat doesn’t have a reason for being obvious) but the beats looks normal at least.

If it’s at all related: sometimes the very first sip of alcohol makes my chest hurt, it then passes and I don’t experience it again. I have a diagnosis of POTS. I don’t burp. My diet is mixed. I’m female. I’m 20 years old. I drink alcohol occasionally, don’t smoke tobacco.

For context, I’ve had a cyst in my head in the past (it’s probably still there) so I’m well aware it could just be that. I’m already getting an MRI when there’s an available appointment due to consistent raised CRP in bloods with no known cause + stiffness and pain in hips / lower back. It it small, hard and I’m unsure if it’s moveable since it sits on top of my flesh, which DOES move (kinda hard to tell if ITS moving or just my flesh). It is not growing (not fast enough for me to notice anyway).

My current plan is just to wait for the MRI, I assume they’ll see it if it’s anything worth noticing. But I’m wondering if this is something i should be bringing up sooner or just bringing up pre MRI so they know to check it out.
