I think it was a German book, definitely not English, but I read a translation. Was written for like older kids/early teens probably. There were 3 kids, two boys and one girl, the girl was named Nina. They had an adventure that I believe involved a book. That's all I remember I read it quite a long time ago.

Looking for creature harry fics but specifically ones where he sees his friends/family as his pack or hoard

Would love recs for any and all hogwarts resorting fics where someone ends up in a different house for any reason

This was around early-ish 2000s up to like 2010. My grandparents bought me a cd game for the computer and you'd create an account with a name and you'd hatch a creature from an egg. The creatures were weird little 2 legged things. There was a house, they hatched in the nursery and there was a kitchen and a game room on the second floor. There was a cookbook in the kitchen and a garden right outside where you could grow carrots and corn and probably other stuff and cook with that. There was a little gate where you could go outside and call a hospital cart if the creature got sick. Go out the other gate and you reach a carnival area and you could buy hot dog or cotton candy to feed your creature, ride on a ferris wheel or a haunted track. There was a big stone castle going to the other side where you could do a sliding picture puzzle, and there was a coal mine somewhere. Also a lab where you could dye your creature I think. I remember a lot about this game, but can't find it.

My cat drooled for like a minute about 10 minutes ago. There's no more drool and she's currently eating. Is this something to be concerned about?

After reading today's chapter, I thought I'd recommend Kindred by TurboChook. I absolutely love this fic. It's got some interesting dragon lore that I haven't seen before in the latest chapter, I don't wanna spoil anything but I think it's a really good fic
