Was able to snag the B2G1 free on Aniplex items before they took it down.

Hello friends! I'm new to the collecting game and have noticed that some discs I have acquired have these smudges on them. It's like someone sprayed water on them and just let them dry without wiping it off. I'm unable to wipe them off with just a fiber cloth.

So I was just curious if there was a name for this sort of problem, and if there is a solution to make them look better? I appreciate it!

I've tried my best to capture the smudges, but the discs seem to have them all over.

I've been looking for this for a bit. Thought I would ask here just to see if anyone was looking to sell.
